At Magic-Puff.shop we take the youth protection very seriously and follow the applicable laws and regulations. To ensure that we only offer our products to adults, we have integrated age verification in our online shop and when receiving the packages.
Why is age verification necessary?
Due to current legislation, in particular the extension of the Youth Protection Act , certain products in our range, such as e-cigarettes and Electronic shisha pipes are not sold to children or young people. These products are therefore intended exclusively for adults.
How does age verification work?
Before you can access our site and view or purchase products from our range, you must confirm that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old). This age verification is carried out via a simple confirmation when you enter the site before you gain access to the corresponding products.

A payment query or data collection regarding your date of birth only takes place as part of the ordering process, but not for age verification.
Shipping of products with age verification
Since we sell products that may only be sold to adults, we ship all Packages with DHL and age verification .
