1. Returns due to incorrect address information or redirections
Please check that the delivery address is correct and complete before completing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information and is returned to us, a refund of the purchase price is unfortunately not possible. The same applies to shipments that are misdirected due to address redirection, or packages that are left in packing stations or branches and are not picked up and are therefore returned to the sender. Our logistics department cannot process or accept returns.

From the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the shipment lies with the recipient. We only accept liability if non-delivery is clearly due to an error on our part.

1.1 Shipping addresses

For legal reasons, particularly with regard to the required age verification, goods can only be shipped to the home address or branches you have specified. Direct shipping to packing stations is therefore unfortunately not possible . Please ensure that the delivery address you provide meets the conditions for age verification.

2. Delivery times
The standard delivery time within Germany is 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. In rare exceptional cases, delays may occur. In such cases, we will of course inform you immediately.

3. Shipping costs
For deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of EUR 7.90 applies. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 50.00.

4. Shipping service provider
Our products are delivered reliably and safely by our shipping partner DHL.

5. Tracking the shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

6. Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete when ordering. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-delivery.

7. Partial deliveries
If part of your order is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided that this is reasonable for you. This will not incur any additional shipping costs.

8. Transport damage
If your delivery arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. Ideally, document the damage with photos and refuse to accept the damaged shipment or have the deliverer confirm the damage in writing.
